NO. There is no scientific research to support the claims in this book. Some Japanese believe that blood types and personality traits are related - just like others believe in horoscopes. No data to support that either.

have heard.. about this following blood type diet….and do agree that there are better ways for some to eat….I trust my gut….there are times it screams apple…..and other times it says fat I truly believe that today few slowdown enough to eat a balanced meal…and to listen to the cues the body gives….and stress is so depleting us

I started following Dr. D’adamo 6 years ago…I was 152 lbs heavier than I am now..I went from a size 26 to a size 4. I have kept it off for all this time and can’t even begin to tell you the health benefits.. I was one sick girl before.
My entire family also went on it..my husband had serious migraines and has not had one in 5 years
You can argue with results.. there are many people who call it a fad diet, etc.. well that is farther from the truth.. Dr. D’adamo is in his 40’s and actually his father started…so it has longevity…it truly is a lifestyle..NOT a diet. it wasn’t designed for weight loss but health. The weight loss is just a fringe benefit of being healthy!
