My parakeets have four children so far and are feeding off and the children seem to be great and in good health. ? supplements that we (the mom and pap?) may need in their diet now?

You can give them a daily bowl of small chopped, carrots, apples, corn, peas, grapes, celery tops. You can buy a bag of 15 bean soup and cook according to directions without the season packet, rinse a can of whole corn and add to it. Cool the mixture and give them about 2 Tablespoons daily. This soft food is easy for them to regurgitate to babies. If you give any canned veggie be sure to rinse them. You can also use frozen veggies chopped small for convenience. Run under hot water and drain.
