Is there a recipe for whole wheat baking mix (similar to Bisquick) that uses vegetable oil and not shortening?

I have a recipe for baking a mixture of whole grain, which uses a reduction of Crisco but I'm looking for a healthy recipe using vegetable oil. This recipe would be used much like Bisquick to make the muffins, the pancake and quick breads.

I have used oil instead of Crisco for many years in all my recipes without any problems.

For muffins, pancakes, and quick breads oil would usually be used anyway, so it should work fine. Shortening would be better for things like biscuits and pie crusts that are flaky.
