Are there any healthy ways to loose weight for a 14 yeaar old?

I have 14 years. I want to remove about 20-30 pounds. I do not do diets. Me and my brother and sister are trying to see who can? unfasten the most weight by August 29 and are really determined to win. ? there anythings I can do that will help? to unfasten the healthy weight quickly but without taking the pills or go on a diet.

    Jog a mile a day or swim for at least 1/2 hour. When I started jogging (and eating healthier) I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks.
    Everyone is different, but exercise ain’t going to hurt you!

    Only way you can lose weight is by a combo of exercise and a good HEALTY (diet) foods.

    joggin is 4eva the best for losing fats. fats in the body lose more moderately this way.. of course try to eat fruits

    You should eat what is recommended for your age because you still need to grow and also exercise 2 or 3 times a week.
