No it doesn’t. However, it can make you a lot more healthier in the long run. Diets and blood types are two diffrent things

In a nutshell, the original Blood Type “O”, hunters & gatherers, do best eating meat, fish, nuts, berries/fruits & eggs. Anything harvested naturally in the wild, and eaten fresh…minimal cooking. No processed foods. Roughly 50% of the human population, is still “O”…
