No, but it’s interesting. I think it might be a bit of ‘fad’. If you want to lose weight permanently then you need a program (not a diet) that will help you to change your behavior and learn new habits…you might like to take a look at the Slim Habit…

    I hope this is helpful

like any diet, it may not really work out. The only real key thing that works is to EAT HEALTHIER and to exercise on a regular basis. No diet will ever truely help you lose weight AND KEEP IT OFF. My advice is not to try this, but to examine what you eat/how many calories in a day you intake. We are supposed to eat between 1500 and 2500 calories per day. Drink lots of water. Everytime you don’t drink water in a day, the weight that you have lost is negated. When we lose a pound of fat, it releases toxins and those toxins are flushed out of our body, THUS WHY H2O IS IMPORTANT!
    Hope this helps!

Get off the sugar, fried foods and any junk food. Eat small portions of protein, lots of fruit and veggies. Do 15 minutes of a new exercise twice a day. You may not lose but 5 pounds but you will tone up and it will look like 10. Also, drink only water, get off the soda and no diet soda as these things contain sodium which makes you retain fluid. Weigh only once per day at the same time every day.

DIETS DON’T WORK. Just **** it up and change your eating and exercise habits. Diets are a joke. When you stop, slip, or plateau you put it all back on and then some. I can’t believe how stupid people are to be all diet this and diet that. Diets are for desperate idiots that want an easy quick fix.
