blood type diet
Leanna’s mom asked:

My mom 's the doctor told him to try this out and see if it works for you. We're both kind of soul A, which basically means you eat like a vegan and you can 't eat that much! Anyone out in the land of Yahoo has tried this diet?

I haven’t tried it, but a friend of mine has. I don’t know how closely she follows it, but she thinks it makes sense. She loaned me the book, which I just skimmed. My weight has always been a struggle. The best remedy is what you hear over and over - EXERCISE (walking is best for me - low impact, weight-bearing, and effective), and making smarter food choices - each and every time. It’s a matter of burning off more calories than you take in.

Eating like a vegan doesn’t mean you cant eat much…
it just means you have to be creative and learn more about the different type of dishes are out there. like most Indian dishes don’t have meat and there rich in favor…

look at it in a positive way…

I’m not a vegan but a vegetarian the more you learn about it the more options you have … and once you love what you eat …
it would be a diet …
it will Be your new life style…

i . myself tried it and i learned alot..
