Pranayam is the sure and shortest way to burn fat on any part of the body. You may also try siddhasana.

First, muscular legs on a teenage girl are fine…unless you look like Mr. Universe, which I severly doubt. I assume you are weight training. If your leg muscles are getting too big, cut back on the weight and do more reps…15 - 20 should be fine. And also run or bike and or aerobics.

    1. Eat less.
    2. Pilates.
    3. Avoid hills, intervals or weight training with heavy weights.

Losing fat will make your legs look more muscular, defined. So, it is a difficult proposition to lose fat and looking less muscular.

Yes, Cardio like exercises are the best for buring fat… Run, Jog, Swim, Bike, Treadmill, Are all examples…

Because you have been working out you will have more muscles then a other girls. You will be burning more calories to fuel your muscles. Thus, you will lose fat faster then someone your age not working out.

Listen to stealhead cut back on your weights and try to do more reps.

More weights with less reps = toned/endurance

More reps with less weights = Bigger Muscles/More Strength.

cardio!!! and eat healthy…. lots of cardio, whether it be walking or running, it will melt the fat right off.. be careful though, jogging also builds muscle so when you run it would have to be a full sprint. I usually just stick to walking.
