You see, we don 't have the kind of money to buy food for a diet. So can only get a meal per month. So I have only slim down what I eat for my diet work? What is the problem … I can 't get all the fruit / vegetables / food-specific diet. How can we get only food for the lunches / meals.

Sure, you still can choose the diet to eat. Avoid from animal source and eat adequate fruits and vegetables.

The following are the benefits of consuming from plant source:

    * plant foods contain absolutely ZERO cholesterol
    * are generally low in total fat content
    * are low in saturated fats (except coconut and palm oil)
    * are only source of fibre, which is important for colon health
    * easily appeal to our taste buds, can be eaten raw or as it is
    * are full of vitality and importnat enzymes
    * contain antioxidants, which helps against free radical
    * are only source of phytochemicals
    * are the best food source of folates

Portion out your meals. Most people gain weight because they eat at night, eat too much, no exercise, etc. Use your own judgment for how much to eat because everybody is different. I have had the exact problem and I have lost 40lbs exercising and using my judgment on how much my body will allow me to eat in order to lose weight.

You can go there to learn how to make $30 a day with just 30 minutes answering questions on yahoo answers. That way you can afford whatever food it is that you need for you diet. I hope it helps, although not a direct answer to your question :D.
