Use hand held weights and lift them to your own ability every single day or twice a day. Watch your caloric intake. Someone who lacks mobility needs less calories over a period of time then someone who burns those calories. You may need to only consume 1500 calories or less. This can be achieved by eating 3 meals worth 400 calories and two snacks worth 150 calories. i also suggest searching the internet for modified exercising tapes

You can lose weight via low carb diets if you pick the right one.

I lost 198 lb in 1 year on my diet, Kimkins, and I didn’t exercise one bit. I **** exercise. An added benefit to Kimkins is that you naturally lose your appetite in 4-6 days.

It’s OK if you can’t afford surgery. They wouldn’t do gastric surgery for 30 pounds.

    Hi,
I’ve tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It’s all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn’t exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they’re running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I’m going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
