I heard that when unfasten weight, you unschackled your ******* because the area is mainly fat. How can I remove the weight but keep my ******* the same size?

    You can’t really but you can keep the appearance by using a padded and/or push up bra.

    It’s actually kind of hard. Because your ***** are one of the first things that starts to get smaller. You’ll lose fat in your face then lose your *****. So my best bet would be to talk to your doctor and see the best methods. They always have some way to keep ***** around…lol

    Breast implants would be the only way. You heard right too, because ****** are mostly fat, and when you lose weight, you lose it as a whole on your body, your ****** will get smaller. As to how much depends on how much weight you lose. I would say it wouldn’t be that big of a deal, as you’ll still be proportional. You’ll get smaller, and your ******* will too, but you’ll still look the same.

    for most women that’s not possible, when you lose fat you lose it all over and it seems like the ******* are the first place that it is noticeable

    It depends mainly on how much weight you have to lose and how big you are. If you’re obese or morbidly obese then you will lose some size in your ******* b/c it contains unhealthy fat, not “breast fat.” If you’re not that big and are only planning to lose 10-20 pounds than the loss should be negligible. The only thing I can say to you is that if you get yourself to a decent weight and your ******* are significantly smaller that your ***** were all bad fat and not “boob fat.”

    They will lose area it just depends how much. if your ******* grew with your size then they will go small. If they have pretty much been the same size always regardless how large or small you were then you’ll probably only lose a cup.

    What you have heard is partially true. Your ******* are made up of a combination of fat and milk ducts. It depends on how much of your ****** is fat and how much is milk duct and every body is different. When you lose weight you lose it all over. If you only have a few lbs. to lose you will probably not notice much difference in the size of your *******. I am a bridal consultant and every bride I work with says they are going to lose weight for their wedding. The rule of thumb is you have to lose 20lbs. to drop one dress size. 20lbs. won’t make much difference in the size of your *******.

    sorry, you don’t get to choose where the weight comes off - if you did, our ***** would all be a lot smaller, not to mention the thighs!!

    It depends on you. If your body is like mine… then yea… You’ll lose a little of the boobage at first… But I lost 20 lbs and I still have some boobs, I use to be a full 34b, Now Im still a 34b but I can tell a difference… Could just be me tho, my husband says he cant tell… I did however lose my booty, and that… anyone can notice.

    give 100situpz daily…after brekfast..and minimum 1 hour before ur lunch….after givin da situps…dont eat anythng for minimum one hour…give the situps aorunf 12..or 1 in the afternoon…and givin 100 situps will..b hard at first..so start with 50 and do around 10 at a strech ..as much as u can handle…after a week..givin 100situps wont b dat hard….and b4 u giv the situps..strech and warm up ur body lyk sterch ur handz and legs..dat wil help to loose the muscle and givin situps wud b easier…avoid heavy lunch n dinner…dont eat anythn after 8pm…and have healty brekfast lyk fruits nd shakes with a lil bit of carbo..u can hav protein..try avoiding carbo..ur ******* size wil remian da same n u wil a beautiful womanly shape wid thinner abs,tummy..i did this for 1 month strictly…n i rillli slimmed down i was pretty bulky…i was lyk al of my other thin freinds:D..hope it workd for u as well!
