loose weight
Chocolate Kiss asked:

I am 15 and I want to unfasten the weight in my stomach and thighs. I am 5 '8 and about 173 pounds. I eat many fruits and vegtables and many also drink water, green tea and LIPTONS of blueberry juice. There are over weight. I want to loose about 20lbs. What are some exercises I can do? Nestled do the positions but I don 't know them properly. I don 't want to hear something about the calories because I don' t know anything about counting calories. Nor do I want to hear something about the crunch or sit because increases do not help. And walking just made my big calves. Already eat salads and what I meant to say was that work has made my big calves.

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
    Dont eat until you’re full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Unfortunately, you can’t target where your body can lose fat…it’s determined by genetics; however, you can target muscle growth with weight training or exercises that stress the muscle in a particular area.

For fat loss, I’d recommend a solid diet plan that includes low fat intake and regular exercise, but the fat will fall off as it wants.

Eat salads. Keep up the vegetables and fruit. I know walking makes your thighs big but it is one of the best ways to lose and regular exercising. 3 meals a day is good for you, just cut down.

Try jogging not walking, the bounce if it makes you loose more, I jog up and down my stairs every day, and It has helped me loose weight, you can try eating differently, for a week just try not to eat 3 big meals instead eat 3-5 small meals and have a tiny snack or 2. Try to keep the food healthy, such as veggies, fruits have a lot of sugar but are still good for you, breads, nutrition bars, I find the best are odwalla, and then try the pure juices not the watered down sugar stuff, 100% juice is always better then the artificially sweetened. But these are just suggestions, I hope they help.

Maybe cut out some fruit and cranberry Juice and go with diet green tea. That stuff adds up and is allot of sugar and a HUGE amount of carbs.
You really have to understand if you want to lose weight a HUGE part of that is your diet…so your attitude about not wanting to count calories isn’t going to get you too far.

    Cranberry Juice info:
    Calories 144
    Total Carbohydrates 36.4g
    Sugars 34.2g
    Lipton Juice info:
    Calories 80
    Total Carbohydrates 21.0g
    Sugars 21.0g

Read up a little about carbs because that seems it maybe one of your problems. Check out this site it has some good info.
Good luck Maybe you can try something to speed up your metabolism? Nothing crazy since your only 15. Or perhaps, you should see a Dr to check and see if you have a faulty thyroid or another problem. If what you say is true with eating veggies …

you can’t lose weight in specific regions of your body. Crunches don’t make you skinnier; calorie deficit does, which is as simple as this: burn more than you eat. Do more cardio. Run, jumprope, walk, whatever you can. You can tone and elongate muscle groups with strength training and stretching, but without fat-burning cardio, you’re going to remain the same shape you are now.
