How can I loose weight when its never been a problem before?

I 'the VE has not ever had a problem with my weight my whole life, if something sometimes people say Im too meager. Now that I 'm older (19 almost 20) it seems that everything has taken with me and Ive gained much weight very fast. I 'm 5 '2 and almost always weigh around 100 pounds. Last year I missed the beginning of a certain weight and I have weighed between 92 and 95. So I was still 100. Then went up to about 105 - 108. Now I had a step on the scale and weight 115! So this is normal for my BMI and I think all just look so fast that the best 100, Im more weight gain! What can I do to remove the weight? Ive not had never before this problem and can 't seem to monitor, Split just McDonalds and rubber gaskets and feather down my throat as I used to back in High School! Council?

    SAME! Ugh the exact same thing happened to me when I went away to college. I was used to eating whatever I want and never gaining weight. But thanks to the no exercise, eating all the time, and alcohol, I gained about 12 pounds (I’m 5’7 went from 118 to 130). Now I’m down to 122.
    My advice: stop shoveling food! No but seriously this is what helped me. It’s called the 3 rule. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up (never skip breakfast). Then, eat little healthy meals every 3 hours. Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before you go to bed.
    Try to lay low on the McDonalds and donuts (you can still eat them sometimes but not nearly as often and in a smaller quantity), and don’t drink sodas. you probably gained weight really fast because you’re a petite girl. Weight gain is much more common to a smaller body. I know, it *****. Just spread out your meals, go running, do pilates, and you’ll be back to your old self I swear
