I gi? enough muscle from the sport but I was out for 8 months due to knee injury and now I'm starting to gain weight in arms and in other places. The weapons are a place that I do not know unfasten the weight inside. I'm trying not to gain more muscle or very little.

i’m an athlete and like to stay in great shape.
i work out daily, however, i make sure i don’t build much muscle.
the best way to do this is to lift weights (LIGHT WEIGHT) alot of reps.
so doing alot of lifting with light weights will tighten things up, but not make you get bigger.
have fun

It is physically impossible to target one area to lose weight. The way that it works is you lose weight all over as a whole, but the first place that you add fat is also the last place that it is burned from. Keep all of this in mind. For a female, you will not get “big” by lifting weights, that is a common misconception. The only thing that will happen is you will get more tone. The reasoning for this is a woman does not naturally produce enough testosterone to be able to build muscle or “get big”. The reason that female body builders are able to is due to supplements. If you are trying not to gain any more muscle, then stick with cardio (high intensity works best because it burns calories for a longer span). Hope this helps!

for 8 months, your muscle is probably burned off, if you really really don’t want muscle then try to do boxing, do punches, or run…….. eating healthy will help also.

Jenn, I assume you are female???
If you are, no amount of work on your arms will cause you to BULK up… You need testosterone to bulk up so you would need to be on steroids. Do lots of cardio, swimming is great and do exercise with weights for your arms. Pick a weight that is challenging and do 3 sets of 12 on each exercise. If you are not tired after 15 reps, your weight is too light.
Another option. I will use me as an example. Pick you good weight- mine is 4kg… First to 15 reps with 3kg, them 10 with 4kg the 8 with 5kg. This is good and helps tone as well as strengthen the muscles.
good luck
