I 'm a girl of 16 years. I 'm the reletively thin, but I eat many carburetors so I love handles and a part-muffin-tummy. As part of the tip of chub on my abdomen, I have a nice figure changed. How can I lose weight on quickly and then burn fat without gaining more muscle you already have?

thats simple. You just need to do some cardio and diet a little. Cut out soda and junk food from your diet. Try to eat more spread out through out the day. For example one meal salad, another meal like a sanwhich. And try to drink around 6 cups of water a day. Also do some form of cardio at least 3 times a week for 30-45 min. this will help get you more toned. good luck!

Low level cardio and calories control. But once your layer of fat has been burned off, the muscle underneath will show. It just would not get “bigger” as in body-builders.

cardio!!!!! like jogging or biking. u might gain some muscle on your legs, but if u want to lose on your stomach do cardio, and crunches.

The kids call it “cardio”. It’s the process of increasing your heart rate, often by running or doing some sort of other physical activity.

The current best way (& scientifically studied) is HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. Basically, its walk & sprint. Just 3 times a week, for about 20-30 minutes.

Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren’t sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. Hey I want to share my weight loss story . I managed to lose about 50 lbs. in two months . I were taking exercises every day and used diet plan from this website . You can do that too if you want.
