How do I burn the fat in between my thighs?

I am a female of 21 years, I am 5 '7 "and weights 160 pounds. My legs are thin and in good shape, but my only problem? I do not know how to designate the target area between my thighs to the top of my own feet - the part where my thighs touch. What are good exercises to burn fat in this problem area? Or the fat in this area ristringer? away with general aerobic training? Thank you!

    Use a stepping machine at the gym - or buy one for use at home.

    Hard to burn fat in specific places. Keep exercising and it will go away with everything else.

    try wrapping sharan wrap on them and sitting in the sauna, it sounds weird but after only 2 weeks it worked for me

    Don’t take this the wrong way…..

    Your a female, for certain reasons your always gonna have a little fat. You sound like from the description your fit, enjoy your new hot bod, and don’t worry about a little fat. Any way’s it makes your figure more curvy.

    Trust me, don’t worry about it.

    what is in between your thighs? what is his name?

    if he is in between your thighs, that is a good start. have a horizontal jog.

    You will burn fat with regular aerobics. If you go to a gym they should have a weight machine you sit it and you squeeze your legs together-this will tone the muscles but won’t burn fat as well as aerobics.

    The one that has always helped me is the thigh abductor and adductor (sp). One you squeeze together and the other you push out. If you don’t have them available if you have a leg press (preferably one that the upper portion moves and your feet stay stationary) turn your feet out like a v and do squats.

    yes, as long as you continue to exercise and lose weight, you will eventually lose on your inner thighs. you can do exercises that will target that area to tone those muscles. side lunges or putting a ball between your knees and squeezing it will help. even walking sideways will help. it’s a real problem area for most women.

    Stick with general aerobic workouts to lose weight. You can build muscle in that area with weight training that will make the muscles in that area be more toned, but there is no way to spot reduce away any fat.

    ahhhh i have this too. i stopped eatin for a while to see if this would work, but no. i think general exercises like walking an that are the best things to take this little bit of fat away!!

    try the walking for an hour every night for a few weeks to see if u notice
