You can’t say for sure, you lose weight uniformly throughout your body, that is when you lose 1lb of fat, that fat is lost from each part of your body, not from one area, no ifs and buts about it. Because you’re a woman you should be left over with fat deposits in your ******* and hips. If you’re lucky, you’ll manage to keep all your curves.

If you lose weight, you’re going to lose it all over. If you lose some ****** and hips, you’ll probably also lose some gut. This means that eventhough some of what you want to keep is gone, it will be complimented by a smaller waist.

You cannot lose weight from a specific area in the body.
I have asked the same question on a website before, and the answer is that the last place you put on weight is the first you’ll get taken off. So the hips and ******* would have been one of the first places weight was put on, and it is much harder to loose weight from the hips for a female.
Genearlly you don’t loose that much weight from the ******* anyway, you shouldnt be able to tell the difference. Some people even go up a size because the chest muscle grows (if you are doing weights).
So don’t worry, if you have lost a little bit of weight from each of those areas it shouldnt matter because you’ll look slimmer! Thats the best acheievement of all
Good luck!

That is almost impossible since a womens ****** are almost all fat. All i can say is if you do cardio to lose weight you have to mix it with light weight high rep weight training this will define your body. Say for example you want to keep your hips do side leg lifts this will tone and tighten the muscles in your hips do various bench presses and flies to tone your chest. Just like a guy who is ripped up at 170 pounds looks bigger then a average guy who weighs 190.

well first before you can loose weight QUICK
and not have to work at it for 6 months is….
you need to cleanse your body of all the toxins
and all the clogged crap in your arteries and stuff
to do that you take your body weight and match
that to fl. oz. of water. and for three days all you drink
is WATER WATER WATER and you will lose
10 lbs. almost right away after. so if you are 175
then drink about 9 bottles of 20 fl. oz. water everyday
for three days.
you will need to go to the bathroom alot but thats good
because that means your ridding your body of all the
toxins and bad stuff clogging your system.
then you will loose mainly the fat in your stomach
and theighs
