Is it possible to eat a normal diet and stick to the recomended sodium guidlines?

It seems impossible when it examined the food. Even the bread has around 20% per share. Also, if a lot and solve a whole lot sweaty while you act so you need more sodium in your diet.

    Thing is you are eating things that have probably been previously prepared or that last longer than they should. McDonald’s , grocery store bread etc… Maybe if you choice homebacked items and fresh foods you would be better off, basically make you own ‘ish’ from scratch.

    if optimum health is the goal then you should be consuming little processed foods daily. whole foods do not contain high amounts of sodium which is where the vast majority of the food intake should be derived from

    if you are consuming adequate water daily then there is no concern with ingested 3-4 grams of sodium daily
