Help you become a vegetarian? I don’t get it. I’m a veg and love it; didn’t have to start in any way except to dump the animal eating and concentrate on all of the fantastic veggie stuff that’s out there. Do you have a Greenlife Grocery or a New Leaf Grocery or anything like these? They’re a great place to start.

Good luck with your vegetarianism!

Don’t automatically assume that vegetarian = losing weight and being healthy. There are a lot of smart, healthy vegetarians out there, but most people like you that charge headlong into it without doing their research end up being the pale, sickly vegetarians you see most of the time. Make sure you speak to a nutritionist about how to approach this change properly.
Here’s a hint: Approaching the change properly does not include a bogus marketing-scam crash diet program.

lemonade diet is a fad diet..it has no connection with turning vegetarian…you just got to look for meat alternatives and eat it with enough veggies and also workout 5 or 6 days/week…why trust fad diets?you cant be on them for life!!

I doubt the lemonade diet would help. If anything, that would help you crave meat more.
Firstly, I’d find ways to disgust yourself about eating meat. Visit a butcher house or something–I have heard of regular meat eaters not being able to even look at non-organic meat for weeks without feeling sick after visiting one of those places.
Also, look into getting vitamins that will replace the protein and whatnot you’ll lose from abstaining from meat products, otherwise, you will feel fatigued all the time.
Find fruits and vegetables that you love, and experiment with them. Try different seasonings and cooking methods that will help make the vegetables more interesting for you, and use fruits with yogurt and granola or something else, if you wish, to make those more interesting as well.

I’ve never heard of the Lemonade Diet but it sounds like it could be a gimic or fad, although, it is good to add some fresh lemon juice in your water.
If you are wanting an initial cleanse upon your conversion to vegetarianism, I would recommend a juice fast. If you can get a juicer & make your own, even better.
