I’m a teenager and have found the best way to lose weight is by cutting out most carbs, definitely white bread and potatoes. Also i never drink fizzy drinks like i used to and the more water i drink the less hungry i feel. Althoughi always treat myself to a chocolate bar once and a while.

the best way to loose weight, considering that your growing a lot in this stage of your life, is to eat 3 balanced meals a day and 3 servings fruits and vegetables during the day, whether as a snack between meals or during one of the three meals. 60 minuets of excersize with your balanced meals and little junk food, but only one fatty food a day, like a small bag of chips, will help you loose wright. jump rope, running/track, and swimming are beneficial of loosing a lot of weight.

wassup, I’m a teenager too. If you wanna lose weight without doing all that stupid tv crap, just have self-control. Control your eating habits(watch the junk). Control your schedule, make sure you sacrifice at least a day from your week for exercise. The easiest way, seriously easy, is to do some push ups[10] and sit-ups[20] everyday/night. You will get used to it after the first week, then you raise the bar. I did this for about 2 months and my abs were just shooting out of my skin. I was showing them off to my sister who was also trying to shape up. Oh, I’m a guy, and but exercise is universal.

congrats for you and your friends, there is no tricks on getting healthy. first, you have to educate on how nutrition works, there is so much info. everywhere you look.
second, exercise often,at least tree times per week drink a lot of water and change your eating habits.
my size pants was 36 , my weight was 196 Lbs and I started to exercise and reading magazines and Internet info about eating the right way and one year later I have lost 45 lbs and I am now size 32. .
third, discipline. be realistic , love your body, work with what you have ….meaning don’t fantasize to be like those people on magazines. be yourself
finally, never give up…sometimes you will like giving up and feel like crop but just rest sleep enough and you will be recharged for the next day.
good luck to you all.

As your body is still developing you must give it the right food. Eat as much fruits and vegetables as you like, drink water and herb teas a lot, don’t eat junk food, don’t ever be hungry. With starving you won’t lose weight only with eating healthy. And work out a lot. And as being young you’ll get your results very soon.
