What do you think of the “blood type diet”?

Anyone who has had experience of this? It worked for you? I 'VE that the law up on it & the diet appears to be having the most significance, until it' s not just a bunch of campaign advertising. It 's an interesting concept. Kittymoon - I 'm that borrows the book from a friend who 's sister has lost much weight and has lowered his blood pressure from the diet. Newfoundhobbes - isn 't learning how to eat healthier a GOOD thing?

You mean “Eat Right for Your Blood Type”? It has some good information, but I don’t think it applies to everyone. I agreed with some of it, I disagreed with some of it. Personally, I think you should just enjoy what you eat and do it in moderation

It’s retarded, has no validity aside from eating more healthy.
