What is the best diet for a woman to have a flat stomach?

    Dieting doesn’t give you a flat stomach: Exercising does. You lose fat by monitoring your diet, but you have to do cardio, like running, or swimming to flatten and tighten your stomach. Women do better with foods like dairy, high fiber, lean meat, and fruit. Drinking water is essential. The first thing your friend should do if she doesn’t already is replace any sugary beverages with water. It’s good to be eating small things frequently to speed up metabolism. Every 3 hours is a good starting point.
