My sister was fine for the better part of his life but during the last 5 years has gained around 100 pounds. Now really wants to unfasten the weight but it is uncertain which diet program is the best. Are you thinking about the Adkins diet … not sure what works best and fast. Help!

tell her to stop eating jkjkjkjk…..make sure she works out alot everyday and that she does eat protein and stuff to keep her going

Tell your “sister” diets do not work. “She” does need a lifestyle change with small goals. Make better food choices and start a program of weightlifting and cardio exercise and shoot for a loss of ten lbs. That will make you feel better right away and will help motivate you to stay on the program. (oops I mean make “her” feel better)

It’s dangerous 2 lose 100 lbs, but I’ll tell u this! The only diets that work r South Beach and Weight Watchers! It’s usually best 2 do it the old fashioned, old school way. Eat healthy and good portions!
She could lose 70lbs in 7 months or less if she has the will power!

Well, it will take some time to lose 100 pounds. She needs to make a lifestyle change. Diets can help get her on the right track. There are many diets that work, but she needs to find the best one for her. There is no “one diet fits all”.
What is most important? Convenience? ease of preparation?, affordability? specific menus to follow? no points or calories to count?
no prepackaged foods?

I saw a show last night on tv and this girl weighed like 500+ pounds…. anyway, she had the gastric bypass and dropped 75 pounds in 6 weeks. The point being this: she said her portions are like 1/2a cup of food 3 times a day… and it’s like 90% protein.
