The people I work out with who **** running for their cardio choose to swim. Swimming is a great way to do cardio and will tone your whole body.

Do cardio to burn the fat. You do not have to run. There are many different kinds of cardio. You can NOT spot reduce the fat on your stomach.

    Hi,

I was having the same problem. I knew my stomach muscles were getting stronger but my fat seemed to stay the same. My tomie never got smaller. I found this site though where I got some great info. It has really helped me a lot!

Rather than doing crunches alone, why not try a diet regime that is totally new and different. I’m referring to the magnetic diet which evolves around a regimen of diet, exercise, yoga and chanting,
    Try

    Good luck

well you either have to learn to like running or go swimming like another person said, cardio is the way to go. You’re right crunches and any other ab workout just build muscle over the fat. I’ve always had strenuous jobs to where I didn’t need to exersize, but if all you do is sit on your **** all day, then you need to run or swim, bike riding helps too, but not as much.
