look into walking you would not believe how underrated walking is. 30 mins everyother day will do you wonders you’ll boost your metabolism for up to 18 hours after each time

Pushups, situps, and pullups. If you have some bricks or something that you can easily hold in one hand that is somewhat heavy, you can do lunges, squats and bicep curls as well. Remember to rest and not do these exercises on consecutive days.

Also make sure to run regularly, with maybe 1-2 days rest per week. Run for about 40 minutes or so. Cardiovascular exercises burn calories quick, and if you do the pushups and other things, you gain muscle, and muscle burns calories.

And of course cut down some on calories and eat healthier.

If you have the ONDemand feature on your cable box (assuming you have cable) You can go to sports/fitness and get exercise and weight shows to do in your home if you cannot afford or are not sure you would like to purchase the DVD’s.

I had a lot of success with Crunch Cardio Sculpt, Burn and Firm pilates, and the Turbo Jam Series (online only) is amazing and worth the money

For weight loss, do CARDIO exercises. Anything that’ll increase your heart rate and make you sweat. Do it for 20 mins or more at a time, building endurance as you continue to go. Jogging, jump rope, roller blading, swimming, etc. Weights are for strength training. Make sure you’re still eating at least 1500 calories a day, you DON’T want to burn muscle mass, that would be dangerous and unhealthy. Good luck!
