Cut your legs off, starve yourself or lipo suction.

If you don’t want to hear a lecture on health I won’t give it to you. Here’s some ideas that can help trim the weight in a week. Cut carbs completely out of your diet, no pasta, breads etc etc. Reduce your calorie intake to 500 calories less than you’re eating right now. Eat a bunch of smaller healthier meals instead of 3 big meals during the day. Exercise a lot. Cut out salt (sodium) as much as you can because sodium makes our bodies retain water which can add up to 10 extra pounds in some people. Good luck!

Eat things that contain lots of fiber, and don’t eat any carbs or anything with lots of sodium as the water will be retained. Cut your meals in half and exercise to loose more calories than what you ate that day. Good luck!

A low calorie diet of 1,000 cals a day,exercise every day for 90Min’s any kind of exercise that gets your heart beat pumping.Not the best way to lose weight but OK for up to 6weeks,No longer

Don’t eat anything, drink only water and lost of it…LOTS.
Excersize for 2 hours or so everyday.
The third day will be the hardest most likely, but once you get
through that it’s not so bad.
If you do it right it sould work pretty good.
