buisymom asked:

Should I start a diet and don 't know which way to go. Adkins has been successful in the past, but I like skimmed milk and fruit and I believe that you have those on the diet of the southern beach. Can anyone give me information on this?

Actually, you don’t have to diet per se to lose weight, the only method that definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it was highlighted in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I worked off twenty pounds, it definitely does produce success!

You’re right- fruits are allowed and encouraged after the 1st phase of the south beach diet. South beach is a lot healthier and varied than Atkins. BTW there are snack options at the grocery store that are labeled for the SBD and some of them are pretty good whereas, in my opinion, Atkins bars taste horrible!

I bought this ebook a while ago and I was able to choose the right diet for me and it worked brilliantly.

It’s also really cheap for the great investment it is.
