What is the easiest or most effective way to loose weight?

I have to unfasten 10-15 ponds. Mainly in my stomach and thighs, but I also must unfasten some Flab from my upper arms. If you can suggest the good meaning unfasten weight, but the MKE that it would be great fun. Also includes some recipies easy and low-fat percentage.

Diet & Exercise.
Burn More calories than you take in.
eat smaller portions more frequently. Instead of like one or two Large portions per day.
Drink Lots of Water

The food I eat are low fat, low carb as well as high fibre and high protein. I was able to lose 31 lbs with brisk walking and my health has improved too.
Do some biceps and triceps weight training to get rid of flabby arms. You need to put in a lot of effort continuously.
My diet will enable you to trim some fats off your arms before you train.

play some sport in the morning for one hour daily… this is surely going to work.. studies have proved that playing badminton is at the top to burn calories.. other than this just try to cut down your sweet intake and saturated fat intake..!
