If anyone has any weight to unfasten the secrets that they would like to share with me, tht would be great. im not that fat. I will just remove more weight and stay healthy. I want as the secrets not the normal stuff that says everything, solve, I eat healthy stuff to kno i but nothing else?

    Hello,

    I was in a similar situation not too long ago. I needed to lose some weight for the summer.

    I tried almost every weight loss program under the sun, and nothing seemed to work.

    Out of frustration one day I was searching on google. Out of my frustration came the greatest day of my life. I found a website that gave an honest review of different weight loss programs.

    Their number one product claimed I could lose 21 pounds in 28 days. Naturally I was a little skeptical, but I was also desperate. I purchased the program (around $70 something) and dove right in.

    Of course, I did not lose 21 pounds in the first 28 days. But, I did lose 18 pounds in the first 28 days. In my opinion, this program was totally worth it. Because it actually gives great results, and is not too expensive.

    First of all, If your already a healthy size, is loosing weight necessary or would you rather tone your body? Loosing weight will be a little more difficult at a healthy size. However, the best ways I know to loose weight is to increase your cardio, add weights and increase your caloric intake.

    Seems surprising that you should eat more to loose weight, however, if you exercising more, you need to calories to keep your metabolism up. Also make sure your getting the right mix of carbs, proteins and fats. It should be 40/40/30 respectively, however you may find if you increase your protein and decrease your fats you will loose weight

    If you add strength training to your workouts, you will build more lean muscle which weighs more than fat but looks nicer than fat and burns more calories than fat

    Unfortunately, the truth is there is no secrets to quickly loose weight, only temporary gimmicks that won’t give you lasting results, Weight loss really comes down to math - Burn more calories than you eat. Its takes 3500 calories to burn 1lb of fat, so if you cut 500 calories a day, you will loose 1lb a week. Hope this helps :)

    Well.. this may sound strange, but it worked for me… apart from having a healthy diet….. To 1 cup (250 to 300ml)…of boiling water, squeeze in half a lemon and add a table spoon of honey. consume the mixture [when its still warm] first thing in the morning on empty stomach…every day till you get satisfactory results….check your progress every week… vitamin C is lipolytic and helps in collagen syntesis…FOR THE FIRST STEP do not over boil the water,heat until you get few bubbles. ….
