you will definitely see results by may, but you may not have a full six pack yet
eat a low fat diet, and do 30 minutes of cardio exercise a day. Also, work out your ab muscles everyday. You should work out your arms and legs too, because it will look weird if you have overly defined abs but normal arms and legs

You cant loose fat in just one spot by doing a specific exercise. However, you can tone in just those places. You’ll need both to get a six pack.
Start off by adding some more protein in your diet, and cut back on fats. Do exercises that work ALL the muscles of your core. Here’s my favorite ab-working exercise:
Lay on your back, and lift your feet into the air until they reach a 90 degree angle. SLOWLY, lower them down until they are about in inch above the floor. Then raise them a foot off the floor, then bring them back to an inch. Relax your feet to the floor. 5 of these strung together makes one set. You can increase the intensity of this exercise by wearing ankle weights.

You’re fairly young… or at least young at heart. You’re a guy or girl who truly cares about the way you look. Someone who knows deep down inside that how you look effects many other aspects of your life.
