What kind of exercises make you loose weight and what kind helps your respiratory system?

At school we learned about how different types of exercises helps him to remove the fat and other kinds of exercises that helps your breathing but not freely tan helps weight. I was curious about what kind of exercises does what. Please provide examples of what kinds of exercise helps him to remove the fat. Already know what helps your heart. Thank you!

    All exercises are not created equal. Interval workouts have been shown to burn fat at a much higher rate than regular aerobics. A routine that includes interval and muscle building exercise that work the big muscles to failure, are best. 2 times lifting, 2 for interval.
