How can burn fat without work. I don 't Gradica use a mobile platform perch? they 're strong and I have a really close look curious that while close function and hatred. What else works? Ships sinking work?

    Any type of muscle building will burn fat as having muscle speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn fat at a faster rate.
    You still need to do cardio. How about a stationary bike? Do you like swimming? The eliptical trainers are not noisy.

    anything that gets your heart rate up above 60% of your max heart rate (depends on your age).

    So, riding a bike, aerobics, swimming, all kinds of activities.

    Unfortunately you can’t choose where the fat is going to come off, so it might be a while before you see it missing from where you want!

    to burn fat you can do push-up, jumping jacks, sit-ups. You can start to take down the amount of calories you in take a day. When you go out you can park far out and walk and not look for a spot right by the door. Take a pill take low-fat food and drink a lot of water and not drink soft drinks. There is allot more stuff I loss 50 pounds by watching what I ate for 5 months. One more thing you can do is chew you food slower and take your time and not rush yourself to go get more.

    Any sort of exercise will burn fat, but it must be sustained. I found a great way to do in private is to grab a good DVD / video and exercise in the comfort of your own lounge room. The best one I have found is Elle McPheron’s “The Body” - it combines aerobic exercise and hand-held weights training, little bits at a time - ie: swaps from one to the other every 10-15 minutes, so you don’t get bored and it goes really quick. It is good because it burns fat, but also works muscles so tones the body to a nice shape as well.

    Lunges, bike riding if you do feel comfortable, swimming or at least doing alot of motions in the pool. I have noticed that i have lost about 4-6 lbs just by not using the car like if you live close by a grocery store or bank try walking there or if you have lots of accessable transportation then use it because you’ll most likely always going to have to walk even if its only a couple blocks and BTW it saves gas. Like only use the car if you MUST! good luck!

    using a mini trampoline

    lunges and squats will help to tone your muscles,but you need cardio to burn fat.
