Every thing i’ve done has made me crazy.

I reccomend doing weight watchers if you can. You’ll learn the proper way to eat and hopefully those habits will stay with you for the rest of your life.

    Good luck

I tried the slim fast diet, I had a shake for breakfast and one for lunch with something like campbells soup or roastbeef in pita bread and for dinner I just cut back my portions. I also ate things like fruit, pretzels with hummus dip, lowfat baked tortilla chips with salsa, ect. I managed to loose 30 pounds in three months! It takes disipline and you really need to commit but you can do it!

Ok something to try. Use a plate for a toddler to eat off of. Seriously. It may sound crazy but this actually limits your portion sizes and losing weight is all about portions and choices. Period. Yes excersise is great…walking, swimming, etc. However you’ve heard this before: more fruits and veggies. Smaller plate ‘really’ helps.

I did this recently and had good results. The Special K Protein Plus cereal. The nutrition of this is incredible. You can google it. But I would have a serving (using a cup instead of a bowl) for breakfast and lunch. And for dinner i’d have whatever I wanted while keeping it fairly healthy. Fish and vegetables would be ideal. And that was it along with less than an hour of exercise a day.

Went from 174lbs to 172 1st day after. After a week, I was at 162. I got off the diet and stopped exercising for a few days so now I’m stable at around 164 but I’ll probably get back on the diet to lower my body fat percentage a bit more.

The cereal really doesn’t taste that good but on the bright side it does fill you up. Perhaps it’s the dietary fiber.

    Good luck.

the best one i can recommend is not actually a diet as you dont restricts your self from foods

just dont eat as much carbs drink lots and lots of water eat five small healthy meals a day eat plenty of fruit and veg and try not to snack on crisps and ice cream

do a 1 hr jog a day if you can and also try to fit in some muscle building exercise

and try to get the whole family to do it so your not alone

    good luck x

also for dinner always have something steamed cooked
