I want to convince my stomach to cut, especially my obliques and lower the ABS, but I 'VE that the law is the best way to do so is to burn fat. So, what 's the best way to burn fat and some exercises to use?

    Do some sit-ups and push-ups. That’s the quickest way to burn the fat. Also cut down on the fats and sugars in your diet.

    Anything that gets your whole body moving and your heart rate up. Running, riding a bike, swimming, dancing or aerobics, even try something different and fun like rollerblading or a hip hop funk dance class. Once you have started to burn the fat then sets of crunches etc will start to give you some definition in your abs, pilates is good for this too.

    Physical excersise is the only way,
    in that for you jogging is the best and the easiest.
    Pls dont go for dieting,
    The secret key is to eat very much and excersise very much also to reduce your fat and weight, and not diet and excersise, tis would cause you tireness and tissue ruptures.
