The diet books and diet fashion are nothing new. It seems every little program for weight loss of 'SA there of months of the new which is called by the so-called experts as the new miracle diet. , As consumers, we are bombarded nearby before and after pictures and testimonials from people who have successfully lost weight with some fabulous new program. Two years ago, another new diet book hit the shelves. It was called the diet of southern beach, written by Dr. Arthur Agatston. Since its release in 2003, the diet of southern beach was listed on the bestseller list in New York Times' impressive for 103 weeks. Dr. Agatston has released the companion books, started a Web site fee-based and is working with Kraft foods to create a line of menu items of pre-packaged South Beach. How is this diet different from all others and most importantly, does it work? The main idea behind the beach of the South is to eat three meals a day with snacks and even dessert, while avoiding highly processed food. Dr. Agatston says that the beach south of the carburetor or is not low fat low, but pretty good carburetor and good fat. The diet is divided into three phases: Phase one is very restrictive and lasts about two weeks, phase two is much more open with the food choices and lasts until you reach your target weight and phase three is Â'maintenance called ', which should guide your food choices for the rest of your life. During phase one, you can eat until you are full (not stuffed full, just more hungry) from a list of foods approved. The list consists mainly of vegetables and lean meat, including seafood, as well as dairy products and vegetables to low-fat or no fat. You have no sugar or gel-like popsicles or compliments; up to 75 calories per day value. Peanut butter and natural Nuts is also on the list, but with limits. YouÂ're basically giving up bread, rice, pasta, potatoes and sugar in all its forms. The book of the South Beach diet of the claims that you can lose 8-13 pounds in just two weeks on phase one and lose belly fat first. The phase two widens your menu quite a bit. You can now eat the whole grain bread and pasta, rice sbramato, fruit and (my personal favorite) without sugar-chosen Gelificano or pudding. Still no sugar anyway, except for the occasional bite of dark chocolate. Good carburetors form of the whole grains and legumes and good fats in the form of things and not hydrogenated unsaturated as the CanÂ't I believe the spray butter of ita's not and olive oil are all approved. Once the youÂ've reach your target weight, youÂ're practically on your own. Phase three eat the leaves within the reference guide for phase two, adding the compliments and the occasional food Â'white ', but the failing to youÂ've snacks to depend above. There isnÂ't much advice here, because now you should know what your body can handle. Dr. Agatston suggests that returned to the stage two if you discover that the weight gain yet. Sounds simple enough, doesnÂ't it? The book even claims that you need to practice the donÂ't to lose weight with this program (even if you add suggests that physical activity as part of your effort to lose weight). While the food is certainly healthy, there are some drawbacks to this diet - or at least with the sense that it is made. Phase one is very restrictive. Sure, the on youÂ're it only for two weeks and weight loss potential is very encouraging. Many people, however, does not lose Â'guaranteed '8-13 pounds in phase one and not get discouraged. Not only that, but suddenly dropped all carburetors and refined sugar from your diet can cause dizziness, the sventatezza, an inability to focus or concentrate and constipation (credila or not). This phase of rapid weight loss is intended to control your needs, but sometimes the side effects of arenÂ't just. If you think you can manage your needs, you control law for phase two. The beach of the South also suggests that the use of sugar substitutes, specifically Splenda. Some people have difficulty digesting aspartame, while others prefer to avoid a substance not healthy and replace them with an alternative chemically processed. Explore your? of? â options in this case there are other senses sugar foods without sugar or chemicals. While the on youÂ're phase two, your weight loss should slow down to a pound or two a week, according to the book. This is reasonable and slow weight loss is definitely healthier fast the pounds falling. It is a balanced diet and has great effects on your health, with the added benefit of unwanted pounds loss. What is confusing in the book, however, is that there are ingredients in the recipes that arenÂ't found on foods suggested to enjoy the list. In addition, Dr. Agatston claims that slowly add the grains and fruits back to your diet, which serve only a one day to start and gradually increase your service until you discover that your weight loss slow down. If you follow the daily menu designs in the book, however, there are various services and pays for wheat for every day. For anyone who needs a structured program based on numbers, the diet of southern beach is not the way to go. But if you like the freedom of not having to count anything and using common sense to lose weight, then pull toward the south is more of a strategic program of food that a strict diet and work very well for you. Please note that all diets revolve around the same principal: contengagli few calories consumption. Burn more calories consumed and that the weight you detach. Is eating well and enjoying healthy food integral to this process and that's where the diet of southern beach lucid.
