What is the best way to burn fat but not put on bulk while working out?

I am a little from the larger side. I am 6 '1 230lbs, but no one really fat. I was wondering what is more thebest burn fat without putting on mass? I should make the lightest weight to a greater number of rep, or the heaviest weight at a normal rep? Aretha any excersises suggesting lose my "boobs" man; faster?

    The amount of weights or reps does not matter … your question is 100% diet. ANY weight routine will build muscle and burn fat … period. I recommend watching your diet … GRADUALLY cutting out all sugar and limiting complex carbs to the morning and early afternoon. Thirty minutes worth of intense running or some other aerobics that will get you sweating should get you going. Drink as much water as you can up to a gallon of spring water daily. Bulk from lifting weights comes from eating food. The difference in a huge “bulked” bodybuilder versus a cut to shreds bodybuilder (pre-contest) is diet and aerobics. There’s your answer.

    You can loose your DOOBS (dude boobs), if you use lower weights and higher reps, also drink plenty of water. Weight lifting should be combined with either aerobic walking or running. This will actually work the best. No Gatorade, Powerade, or any drink that contains high fructose corn syrup. That is what helped give you the doobs. No more than four cups of coffee or tea a day, and all the water that you can swallow.

    get a heavy bag and beat the living **** out of it. of course like that guy above me said, you should eat a proper diet. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and hold the fast food. but if you wanna burn some fat then go jogging or skip rope (ik ik only little girls do that) or go swimming. swimming is a total body workout that will burn a lot of fat, tone the muscles (bye bye man boobs) and increase your lung capacity. hit the heavy bag to tone your muscles and run to burn a shitload of fat. if you rly wanna get rid of your man ***** then i highly suggest getting a heavy bag

    Wt training is not the way to burn fat. A low heart rate workout is better. Keep you hr around 116 for about 30-45 minutes. Another approach is to do higher intensity workouts which burn more calories overall, thereby reducing calories availble for stroing as fat. I like to combine. 3 low and 1 high during the week. Actual fat burning DURING the workout is done by the low hr workout though.
