Lots of raw foods are good. Salad is a good place to start at restaurants. have fruits and vegetables. Just don’t take things for grained because you’ll miss everything when you can’t have it.

good luck, but if its just for health and not because you have strong opinions on animal rights and stuff you could do something a little less extreme (especailly if you eat meat now) and still be healthier and help animals.

there are several cookbooks that cater to the raw food diet and lifestyle, go to your local bookstore and go to the cookbook section. make sure you take a multivitamin daily to ensure your getting everything you need.

I like to do raw food diets every once in awhile to detox. I do lots of sprouting and vegetable juices plus raw nuts and seeds. I also use spirulina and tahini. Lots of herbs to add flavor. Make sure to get plenty of water.
