How can you loose weight and breastfeed?

I just had my fifth child and I must say that I take too many pounds during the past 8 years the hood of his mother. I am still very young and I have to look good to be considered better. I want to unfasten the weight but every time it seems as if it has tried before, I had to breast-feed, made pregnant after unschackled a nice weight or was ill. The board, now my health seems to be nothing wrong and I'm just trying to calculate out the best and safe way to unfasten the wieght without it effecting my supply of milk. Anyone who has ideas?

Loose weight the natural way.
First, by breastfeeding, u already burning up calories. Moms who breastfed her child burns around 500 calories per day.
Second, watch your diet closely. Eat all your meal but in moderate amount and according to the food pyramid(less sugar&fat, more carbohidrate, fiber etc) This type of diet won’t effect your milk production. Get enough calcium and fluids. Take supplements. Do not starve to loose weight.
Third, do moderate exercise. Notice i said moderate…not vigorous. You can try light aerobics with your kids at home. That’ll be fun for them and yourself.
Fourth, relax yourself. Be stress free. Always think positive.
If u follow all these steps , u will loose weight permenantly and effectively without disturbing your milk flow. But, pls take note that dieting this way will take time and patience especially with the diet and exercise. Be consistent.
